In addition to helping clients with all real estate legal matters, Tom and Matt work hard to fight for the client, making sure that they are not overpaying on closing costs.  “Our goal is to not only legally represent our clients, but to reveal what is going on in real estate transactions, showing clients how they can save money” shared Tom Rigby.  “Title costs are something that buyers don’t often realize they have a say in—often times, the buyer is overpaying on title insurance and other fees simply because another party has selected those services for them.”

The Real Estate Law Firm is completely committed to educating people on how real estate deals work in Illinois and how they can lower their costs.   Their long-time relationship with Fox Title Company in Geneva gives clients an advantage when shopping around for the best rates.  The Real Estate Law Firm guarantees that closing costs will be cheaper when working with them than anyone else in the state.  On average, they can find from $400 to $500 savings for their clients.
